It rained the day before so we were worried whether the event could be held.
It was a fine day on the day of the event and we were able to hold it successfully.
“Blind runners” who are supporting the visually difficult people’s running performed blind run experience this year and we could deepen our understanding of difficulties.
In 1/100 marathon, 10 infants aged 2 to 4 ran over 421 m and they raised atmosphere of venue.　In the 10 km relay marathon, wide age people from the first grade of primary school children to 50’s participated and competed for the difference between declaration time and goal time.
This year we have been preparing by the executive committee on the theme of orienting to welfare running events.
We carried out the blind run which we were working as an experiential event limitedly in the actual 10 km relay game.　
We will hold the 10th memorial event of the next fiscal year in a form performing more blind runs. We would like to carry out as a welfare event, not just a running event.

前日は雨が降り続き開催が危ぶまれましたが、当日は快晴となり無事開催することができました。視覚障碍者のランニング支援を行っているブラインドランナーズにより今年もブラインドラン体験披露をしてもらい、障がいに対する理解を深めました。
1/100マラソンでは2歳～4歳の幼児10名が421mを走り会場の雰囲気をもりあげました。10㎞リレーマラソンでは小1から50代まで幅広く参加し宣言タイムとゴールタイムの差を競いました。
今年は福祉ランニングイベントへの方向付けを行うことをテーマに実行委員会で準備を進め、体験会として取り組んでいるブラインドランを実際の10㎞リレー競技の中で限定的に実施しました。来年度の第10回記念大会では、ブラインドランをもっと取り入れ、単に走るイベントではなく福祉イベントとして実施したいと思います。
