The 20th YMCA International Charity Run was held in Yokohama Minatomirai Portside park on October(SAT). Unfortunately it rained slightly at the time of preparation and opening ceremony but the rain stopped at the beginning of race and children of the nursery school ran livery relay race that we began from this year. Wheelchair team participated in the event this year also, and their participation became indispensable to charity run same as “the cheer dance” of the opening ceremony. We would like to report with thanks that we could hold the event safely supported by everyone’s smiles. As it was the first Charity Run after YMCA renewed logo mark on October 1st, we distributed T-shirt with new logo mark to all participants and took a ceremonial photograph by everyone.
It was a good opportunity to show our new logo to all participants.

第20回横浜YMCAインターナショナル・チャリティーランが、横浜みなとみらい臨港パークで開催されました。あいにくの天気で準備・開会式は若干雨が残っていましたが、レースが始まる頃にはやみ、保育園の子どもたちは今年から始めたリレー形式のランを元気よく走りました。
今年も車いすのチームに参加していただき、オープニングセレモニーの「チアダンス」とともにチャリティーランでは欠かせないものとなりました。
参加された皆さまの笑顔に支えられ、無事に開催することが出来ましたことを感謝とともにご報告いたします。
10月1日にYMCAのロゴが新しくなり初めてのチャリティーランでしたので、参加された皆さまに新ロゴＴシャツ配布や、全員での記念撮影など、新しいロゴを広く知っていただく良い機会となりました。
