This is a housing facility for 65 years old and above aged people.The program provides daily life assistance and also accommodates handicapped people. There are six programs for the elderly : 1.Housing facility long term, for people who no longer live at home with family. 50 elderly people are staying in the "My Home Kiyohara". 2.Short Stay Program This program is a temporary treatment which accepts about 10 elderly people per day by the unit of 1 week. 3.Outpatient Services Both Rehabilitation Services and meals. 4.Family Assistance Home Education Service 5.Home Helper Dispatch 6.Hot Meal Visitation Service

Southern Day Service Facility responded to exceeding the capacity by the day service with Kiyohara and area necessity's there being and was constructed in 1998 by Tochigi YMCA as the new service center. Southern Day Service Facility accepts about 15 gaffers who have dementia, every day.
