"Chiba-city-youth
nature house" operation delegated

The chiba-city official decided to delegate the
administration of the "youth nature house", which is planned to be established
in 2005 spring at Chiba-ken Chousei-gun Nagae-machi Hariga-tani Aza-nakano-chisaki,
to Chiba-YMCA.
The group, in which Chiba-YMCA is a member of,
recived the highest evaluation at a bid for operating the youth nature house.
The evaluation was performed based on the "PFI low", which states the rules
of selecting a non-public orginization to delegate the operation of a public
